Ningen Dock preventive care draws on Japan's long-standing tradition of comprehensive preventive health check-ups, aimed at the early detection of health risks and the support of employees' long-term health. Working with selected medical facilities, we deliver programs aligned with the Ningen Dock philosophy while respecting local standards and legislative requirements.

The study is based on responses from 96 employers and provides an overview of current trends, tax considerations, and practical recommendations for structuring effective benefits programs. In 2026, we are conducting a similar survey among leading employers in Slovakia.
